As Anais Nin notes, “life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.”
I’m trying to remember that phrase as I ponder the possibilities for 2010.

Thanks for sharing it! I have been saying that our life /soul journey is one that requires courage to show up fully to what is possible. I have experienced both the shrinking and expansion of courage and I much prefer the expansion.
