If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you know I have been reprinting email notes I receive from Neale Donald Walsch

On this day of your life I believe God wants you to know…

….that challenges are what you came for. And you are never, ever, given a challenge you cannot overcome.

The purpose of life is to give you a chance to be the grandest version of the greatest visionÂ you everÂ held about Who You Are.

When challenges arrive, then, move straight to clarity: This is what you came for.

Now rise to this occasion, and know that you have every resource with which to create the right and perfect outcome.

You will not have to think but a second to know exactly why you received this message today.

No such thing as coincidence. I just returned from Healer School and Master Chung-Suk said the same thing: the more we raise our consciousness, the more tests we will face, but we will never be thrown challenges we can’t handle. He offered three tips to handle such challenges: (1) Say THANK YOU for the opportunity to grow; (2) Say I’M SORRY if you make a mistake because we’re all human; and (3) Ask for HELP (from your soul community) when you feel you’re losing touch with your soul and your vision. You’re not alone.

I agree – there are no coincidences. I believe we never get what we can’t handle and I find that having a great support system makes a big difference when things feel intense!
