Ask And You Shall Receive

Last night I had the opportunity to interview my dear friend Rev. Dr. Kimberly Marooney on Compelling Conversations for Powerfull Living. She’s a gifted author, mystic, spiritual counselor, broadcaster, and recognized “angel expert”.
I met Kimberly a few years ago and we instantly connected. Over the years we have formed a close personal friendship as well as a strategic business alliance. On September 4, she’s offering a 5-week training program called Angels Path To The Soul You’ll learn to develop an intuitive connection with angels with an inspired group of angel lovers to learn Kimberly’s unique method so you can do profound angel readings for yourself and your friends. Pretty cool.
We talked about how to ask angels for help as well as how to recognize when prayers have been answered. So often we receive blessings and we miss recognizing them. We can become attached to the ideas and pictures of what we want and how they will come to us that we can easily overlook when our prayers are answered in a different way than what we expect or desire.
Have you ever wondered if your prayers are heard and answered?
Kimberly says they always are. Prayers or requests that are sincerely expressed such as a deep need, longing, a cry for help reach angels rapidly. And even though we might not realize it, angels are with us all the time.
Do you wonder how to receive angel responses?
Kimberly says there are several ways such as feeling a lifting of emotional pain, a sense of peace, a sudden feeling of joy and gratitude, a sudden awareness or realization…
There were so many people listening and asking questions that the call ran almost two hours! It was a great confirmation that people are hungry and ready to heed the call of their spirit to ”wake up” to who they are and what their are here to do.
And we are not alone. There is so much Divine support in the world and from the Heavens. To access that support, we must remember to ASK for help from the people in our lives and The Universe. And then let go of any attachment to what form that help will take - a “This or something better” mindset. The Universe is infinitely creative in it’s response. Be open and willing to see the gifts and blessings that come your way . Celebrate them all even if they feel undesired. Remember: every experience offer an opportunity to heal and grow!

I believe that we receive what we ask for, but our emotions and our reasoning get in the way. the ingredient we most lack is belief or faith.

It’s easy to believe and have faith when things seem to be going well. We are called to sustain our faith no matter what we feel or see in our outer world. That is a path filled with blessings and miracles.
