1. One reason people fall short of achieving their dreams and desires is because they haven’t fully made the decision to have what they say they want. They think they have said YES and they haven’t. Not completely.
2. A second reason is the lack of follow through with deliberate action. The create an action plan and fail to execute it to completion.
3. A third is because they’re stuck in patterns of fear and self-sabotage. They find themselves doing things that create more of what they don’t want that causes them more stress and unhappiness.
