Would you be scared to drive across this bridge . … Gulp, I would!
The Millau viaduct is part of the new E11 expressway connecting Paris and Barcelona and features the highest bridge piers ever constructed. The tallest is 240 meters (787 feet) high and the overall height will be an impressive 336 meters (1102 feet), making this the highest bridge in the world.
I would have a hard time with this bridge, I know that I could not drive over it or be a passenger! I’ll just enjoy the view from a safer (and lower) location.

The first time I saw this picture I was totally intimidated. It is amazing to me that anyone could cross it and the technology that went into designing and building it! Wow.

Everyday many of us cross bridges far more scary, emotional challenges, psychological valleys. Would I cross that bridge? It depends what was on the other side and if it were my children or grandchildren, I’m there.

I can understand that desire or need can overcome fear. Yes, many of us face daily challenges that can shake us to the core. Digging deeper, we can find the courage to overcome many hurdles. It’s a leap of trust and faith. As for this bridge, I’m still quaking.
