Lately I’ve been talking a lot about alignment; in particular, about aligning eight key areas that my colleague Anita Pathik-Law and I have been exploring together for the last year.

1. When you think about your desire, what emotions are entangled in the energy of your request?
2. What do you expect? Are your expectations a match to your desire or do they bring focus into fears, negative expectations or non-serving beliefs?

You write as if there is some mysterious power in the universe other than God which automatically blesses those who give whether they are Christians, Muslims, Biddhists, or even atheists. Is that why so many atheists are blessed financially?
A personal God would not create a principle which equally blesses those who hate God.
Tithing is wrong and cannot be defended using proper biblical principles. NT giving is sacrificial, generaous, cheerful and motivated by love and the indwelling Spirit.

Indeed I see God as my supply of all good things that flow in my life as I also see that every person, regardless of religion is a soul blessed by GOd. Isn’t it time we let go of separating the world into sections and begin to come together as a community of peace and bright light upon the planet rather than fostering hate and darkness?
I’m unfamiliar with Biblical principles and to me, tithing to those people and organizations that feed and lift my spirit is a way of thanking God for all I have and continuing the flow of prosperity.
